Warranty

90 days on labour, 365 days on parts. Genuine OEM parts. Our own warranty, on our own work.

The terms

Warranty on a completed repair
No. Item Term
12.1.01 Labour 90 days
12.1.02 Parts we supply 365 days
12.1.03 Parts policy Genuine OEM parts
12.1.04 Runs from The date the repair is completed

Both terms start on the day the repair is finished, not the day it was booked and not the day a part arrived. The invoice carries that date; keep it.

What it covers

  • 12.2.01 The same fault returning on the same appliance inside the term. We come back and the return visit is not charged.
  • 12.2.02 A part we supplied failing inside 365 days. We replace it and fit the replacement.
  • 12.2.03 Workmanship: anything we assembled, routed, sealed or calibrated that has not held.

What it does not

A warranty that claimed to cover everything would be worth nothing, so here is the honest boundary.

  • 12.3.01 A different fault, on the same appliance or on another one.
  • 12.3.02 Damage from a power event. Control boards are the usual casualty, and a board that has been through a surge does not fail the way a worn one does.
  • 12.3.03 Damage from deposits or debris where maintenance we recommended in writing was not carried out — a descale cycle on a steam oven, a cleared venturi on a grill, a duct run that was never cleaned.
  • 12.3.04 Misuse, impact damage, pest damage, or water ingress from outside the appliance.
  • 12.3.05 Work performed on the appliance by anyone else after our visit.
  • 12.3.06 Parts supplied by the customer. We will fit one if you ask, and we will say so on the invoice, but we cannot warrant it.

Manufacturer warranty

This is Twenty Mile Range Co.'s warranty on Twenty Mile Range's work. It is separate from anything Wolf offers. It does not extend, replace, renew or affect a manufacturer warranty, and we cannot make a claim under one on your behalf.

If your appliance is still inside the manufacturer's coverage, contact the manufacturer first. Work carried out by an independent company may affect that coverage, and it is better to know before we come out than after. See chapter 5 and chapter 10 for the same point in more detail.

Making a claim

Call +1 (904) 605-5889 and quote the invoice date. Describe what the appliance is doing now and whether it matches what it was doing before the repair — that one answer usually settles whether it is the same fault or a new one, and it decides whether the visit is chargeable.

A warranty visit is booked into the same hours as any other. We do not run an out-of-hours service, so there is no premium slot to ask for.
