This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts and makes no external requests. Fonts and styles are served from the same domain as the pages. Nothing you do here is tracked or profiled.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not read them for marketing.

When you contact us

When you call, we keep what you give us on the phone: name, address, telephone number, and the details of the appliance and the fault. We use it to schedule the visit, order parts, and honour the warranty on the work. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone except a parts supplier when a part has to be ordered against your machine.

Retention

Service records are kept for as long as the parts warranty runs, plus the period our accountant and the state require for tax records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it, call +1 (904) 605-5889 and ask for it.
