Rates and terms

One fee to come out and diagnose. A written estimate before anything else happens.

Diagnostic fee

$129 flat. It covers travel, the visit and the diagnosis, whatever the fault turns out to be. Credited in full toward the repair when you approve the work.

There is no separate call-out charge, no charge per appliance beyond the one we came for, and no after-hours premium, because we do not run after-hours service.

Estimates

A written estimate is provided before any repair begins. No work starts without your approval.

If the sensible answer is that the machine is not worth repairing, we say so and you pay the diagnostic only. We do not sell appliances, so we have nothing to gain either way.

Warranty

6.3.01 90 days on labour (90 days).
6.3.02 365 days on parts (365 days).
6.3.03 Genuine OEM parts only.
6.3.04 This is our own warranty on our own work. It is separate from, and does not extend, any manufacturer warranty.
